The goal of my discovery call is to learn more about your personal requirements - to chat about your specific goals and challenges that are unique to you- and see how I can help.

I am a deep well and has set aside time just for you.

This introductory call is designed as an opportunity to get to know you and for you to ask any questions you have about working with me.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a discovery call for your personal needs and there is a discovery call for your professional needs.

By the end of the call I will be able to either:
A) Prescribe a way forward for you to where you are confident you want to make a purchase for the relevant services, or
B) I’ll take your information and work out a plan to send you so you can make your decision.

As well as helping you think about if coaching is likely to be a good fit for you - this conversation can also help you work out if something else might be more useful.

There are various price options from 1 hour online consultation, to 1 hour consultation and 1/2 hour follow up, to complete pregnancy through postpartum package that includes several hourly consultations, weekly emails, and additional perks like my online childbirth course to help guide you along your entire journey. There are yoga and breathwork packages as well, explained on their own pages.
